hottest Segement of the market
Currently the hottest segment of the market is a true 2 bedroom loft under 1.4MM, downtown (Chelsea, Tribeca, Soho, Union Square, and Village.) With such a scarce product line of available units, it has created a vacuum of demand for GOOD units in this strata. Classic examples are 270 West 19th and 117 West 17th which have sold in less than 1 week. For someone selling this segment provides a great return on investment because multiple bids are a reality.
